Purpose

The judges of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida have formed a standing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee [See Administrative Order: 2022-08].  The committee will consult with members of the bar and the Judges of this Court, and may consult with the public, in an effort to foster regular and clear communication on issues relating to diversity, equity, and inclusion as they relate to the operation of the Court and the bankruptcy system.
