Congratulations and Welcome to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Summer Internship Program. This page provides all the required forms, policies, and helpful documents needed during your internship. 

The purpose of this program is to provide career development opportunities for college and law school students and to broaden interns'   exposure and experience while temporarily augmenting staff in judicial chambers. The objectives of the Intern Program are to stimulate awareness and understanding of the mission and function of the federal courts and how they relate to the practice of law.

 

Annual Orientation Event 

Our Bankruptcy Judges will present the Summer Internship Training on June 1, 2026, at the Fort Lauderdale Courthouse, located at 2999 East Broward Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL. The training will begin at 9:30 AM and conclude at 3:30 PM. Lunch will be provided.

This training will provide valuable professional development and offer insights into the federal court system.
