The service of motions is governed by this rule, Local Rules 2002-1(A) and 9076-1, and Bankruptcy Rules 7004, 9013 and 9014.  Service of motions shall be reflected by the filing of the certificate of service filed in accordance with Local Rule 2002-1(F).
