FORT LAUDERDALE DIVISION DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER

 

In accordance with U.S. District Court’s Administrative Order 2022-86 “Policy For Emergency Closures Of Federal Courthouse Facilities In The Southern District Of Florida,” the United States Bankruptcy Court Fort Lauderdale Division will be CLOSED on Thursday, November 16, 2023.

 

All court hearings scheduled before Hon. Peter D. Russin will remain scheduled, but will be held by Zoom.  To participate in a scheduled hearing before Judge Russin on Thursday, November 16, 2023, please register by selecting the link below:

The Fort Lauderdale courthouse is expected to resume normal business operations on Friday, November 17, 2023.  However, the public is advised to continue to check the court’s website at www.flsb.uscourts.gov and listen to all local news broadcasts for information on the status of federal court operations based on the reopening of the public schools in each division of the court.
