The Southern District of Florida Bankruptcy Court will commence a mandatory systems and security upgrade to its CM/ECF and ECF/PACER on Friday, February 14, 2025. As a result, CM/ECF, PACER, ePOC, and VCIS (Voice Case Information Systems) will be unavailable and inaccessible beginning Friday, February 14 at 2:00 PM EST through Monday, February 17 (time to be determined). CM/ECF registered users will be notified when the system is back online. Notwithstanding the system's unavailability, during this time the clerk’s office will remain open during regular business hours on Friday, February 14 (8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). CM/ECF registered users will be authorized to file time-sensitive or emergency documents in paper format at any one of the three Bankruptcy Clerk’s Offices. Monday, February 17 is a legal holiday and the Court will be closed. Regular court operations will resume at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your patience during this time. Joe Falzone, Clerk of Court |
