Purpose
The bankruptcy court has formed a new Bankruptcy Local Rules Advisory Committee (the “LRAC”). The purpose of the LRAC is to study the practice and procedures of this Court, and to make recommendations to the Court concerning such rules and procedures. [See Administrative Order 2026-05].
