The Southern District of Florida Bankruptcy Court will commence an upgrade of its CM/ECF and ECF/PACER systems today, July 28, 2023. As a result, CM/ECF and ECF/PACER will be unavailable and inaccessible beginning at 8:00 AM EDT today, July 28, 2023, until further notice. If you remain on the system after 8:00 AM today, you will be automatically logged out and risk the possibility of data loss. All users will be notified when the system is back online.

Notwithstanding the unavailability of the court’s case management system, during this time, CM/ECF registered users may file time-sensitive or emergency documents in paper format at any one of the three bankruptcy clerk’s offices.
