     Q.     What screen resolution should I use when viewing this web 
     page?
     
     A.    The web page was developed at 1024 x 768. This allows more 
     text and image to fit on a single
     page and allows for much less scrolling to locate information. The 
     drawback to a higher resolution
     is smaller text and images. The minimum recommended resolution is 
     800 x 600.
     
     Q.    What are the little icons next to the index headings?
     
     A.    If you are using Internet Explorer 4.x and above they are 
     used to open hyperlinks which are collapsed under the headings. 
     These are referred to a collapsible outlines. Collapsible 
     outlines allow a web page to accommodate more items in the index 
     while minimizing scrolling for the user.
     
     Q.    What versions of browsers are supported?
     
     A.    This web site has been tested using Internet Explorer 4.x  
     Internet Explorer 5.x and Internet Explorer 6.x .
     
     Q.    Where can I obtain a newer browser.
     
     A.    Microsoft provides updated browsers free of charge from its 
     web site. (The Bankruptcy Court doesn't endorse any particular vendors 
     browser.)
     
     Q.    Why do I need  Adobe Acrobat Reader?
     
     A.    Much of the content on this web site is published in PDF 
     (portable document format). This
     allows the court to disseminate information to a greater number of 
     users than if the documents
     were offered in a particular vendors word processing  program.  
     This also prevents users from
     having to purchase a software program to read a particular vendors 
     file format.
     
     Q.    What versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader are supported?
     
     A.    This site has been tested using both the 3.x and 4.x 
     versions.
     
     Q.    Where can I obtain the Acrobat viewer?
     
     A.    The Acrobat viewer is freely available from the Abobe web 
     site.
     
     Q.    How can I print the calendars from this web page?
     
     A.    If you need to print the calendars be sure and use the print 
     icon inside of the Acrobat  reader.
     If you use the browser print function it will print a copy of the 
     page you are viewing instead of the
     calendar.
