Orders denying, revoking or waiving discharge shall be served as provided in Local Rule 2002-1(C)(4).  The clerk may close an individual chapter 7, 12, or 13 case where no discharge was issued due to debtor’s failure to comply with the requirements under Bankruptcy Rule 1007(b)(7) or Local Rule 4004-3(A)(3), or (4), and serve notice as provided in Local Rule 2002-1(C)(4).
