Online Training Program
Want an easier way to meet the CM/ECF training requirement to receive a live log in? Want the training from the convenience of your home or office? We thought so. The online training program replaces the training classes at the divisional offices. Nonetheless, just like the classroom course, you will receive CLE credits for the online course! The CM/ECF Online Training Program is made up of a series of Electronic Learning Modules (ELMs for short) customized for Creditor and Debtor Attorney Filers and Limited Filers. The introduction of the new Online Training Program will be followed up by an online library of ELMs for other tasks and tips you will find useful when filing via CM/ECF. Stay tuned for updates!
Coming Soon! CM/ECF software upgrade to the Next Generation (NextGen) will included a new sign-on functionality that will give you both PACER and electronic filing access from your PACER account. The central sign-on will allow all users of the case management system to maintain one account across all courts (appellate, bankruptcy, and district) and sign in one time to access all courts using NextGen in which they have permission to efile.
